道县县委群众工作部于2010年10月成立,将县信访局、县联席办、县调纠办、县维稳办整体并入,下设人民来访接待中心、矛盾纠纷调处中心。主要职责是受理、办理、督查检查、交办、转送信访人提出的信访事项,协调相关部门处理重要信访事项,对本级人民政府其他工作部门和下级人民政府信访工作机构的信访工作进行指导。内部机构设置有综合办公室、联席办办公
