毛果云香硷使用已逾百年,至今仍是治疗青光眼的基本药物。对其长期使用所致的副作用越来越唤起人们的注意。眼部充血、房水闪辉等前部色素膜炎症表现是其重要的局部副作用之一。对此所进行的研究甚少,国外虽然有的学者提到过它对血一房水屏障有一定的影响,但未读到他们的专题报导,国内也未见以病人为观察对象的研究报告。开展此项研究对于认识毛果云香硷对血—房水屏障的影响,从而提出防治方法有重要意义。本文用房水荧光光度计测定闭角青光眼
