对大国经济而言,更为重要的方面往往是国内的结构调整政策。大国经济的内需对贸易平衡的影响往往远大于汇率的作用。鼓励消费的政策应当成为下一步促进内需政策中的关键问题之一,也成为调整贸易顺差的关键问题之一。
For the economy of the big countries, the more important aspect is often the domestic structural adjustment policy. The impact of the domestic demand of the big economies on the trade balance is often much larger than the exchange rate. The policy of encouraging consumption should be one of the key issues in the next step of stimulating domestic demand and one of the key issues in adjusting the trade surplus.
