高职校园文化对高职大学生成长和发展产生着深远的影响,加强高职校园文化建设既是加强和改进高职大学生思想政治教育有效途径,又能提升高职院校办学水平和层次。前不久,笔者通过对重庆永川职教城高职院校调查研究,发现职教城高职院校文化建设普遍存在一些问题,为了办好高职院校,建设好校园文化,发挥文化育人的作用,笔者对高职院校文化建设存在的问题提出相应的解决措施。
