试管培养葡萄嫩梢茎段成苗及其移栽技术的研究。提供了19个优良葡萄品种适宜繁殖的培养基。采用B_5基本培养基适当调整其中营养成份,附加IAA0.2—1.0ppm,BA0—0.05ppm,腺素20ppm,蔗糖1—2%,琼脂0.5%,在良好光照和适宜的温度条件下,培养无菌葡萄单芽茎段,一个月内可成壮苗。试管苗每40天继代培养一次,繁殖系数为6.7,一年一芽繁殖株数可达几万株,甚至上百万株。试管壮苗经沙培过渡定植大田,成活率可达90%以上。本试验研究为快速繁殖葡萄良种和苗木生产工厂化提供了初步依据。
Study on the Seedlings of Transplanted Young shoots in Vitro and Their Transplanting Techniques in vitro. Nineteen elite grape varieties were provided for suitable breeding medium. The basic components of B_5 medium were appropriately adjusted with the addition of IAA 0.2-1.0ppm, BA0-0.05ppm, the concentration of 20ppm of adrenaline, 1-2% of sucrose and 0.5% of agar. Under good light and suitable temperature, Grape single bud stem section, a month can be strong seedlings. Test tube seedlings every 40 days subculture once, the coefficient of multiplication of 6.7, the number of reproductive plants a year up to tens of thousands of strains, or even millions of strains. Test tube strong seedlings by Shapei transition colonization Daejeon, the survival rate of up to 90%. The experimental study provides a preliminary basis for the rapid breeding of grape varieties and seedling production factory.
