Many studies have been conducted to study the major pathogenic mechanisms of the immune system or the nervous system for HIV infection and HIV disease. The significant specificity of the interaction between the HIV envelope glycoprotein (gp 120) and the CD4 antigen is an effect of HIV on the immune system, and in particular CD4~+ T cells and antigen-presenting cells have provided clear evidence of infection. . There are many disputes about the pathogenesis of functional defects in T and B cells and antigen presenting cells. Our hypothesis differs that HIV can affect intracellular signal transmission and explain its effect on cell function.
