教育课题研究是指对教育理论和教育实践中的某一问题进行专题的系统的研究,来解决实际问题并揭示教育现象因果关系,探讨教育规律和获得理论认识的活动。教师专业发展是素质教育深入推进的必然要求,也是教师适应教育发展、教育变革的自我需求。专业发展的过程,实际上是教师不断理解教育内涵、探索教学策略、提炼学科知识与技能、担负教育责任、完成教育使命的社会化过程。课题研究是推动教师专业发展的良好路径。
Educational research refers to a systematic study of a topic in educational theory and educational practice to solve practical problems and to reveal the causal relationship between educational phenomena and explore educational laws and theoretical understanding. The professional development of teachers is an inevitable requirement for the further development of quality education and also the self-demand for teachers to adapt themselves to educational development and education reform. Professional development process, in fact, teachers continue to understand the connotation of education, explore teaching strategies, refining subject knowledge and skills, responsible for education, to complete the socialization of education mission. Project research is a good way to promote the professional development of teachers.
