随着我国旅游业的蓬勃发展,有关旅游专业的教育也随之发展起来。由于对旅游人才的素质需求逐渐朝着多样化和专业化的方向发展,因此,有关旅游专业的教学更应加强。在现今旅游管理专业的教学中,出现了一系列的问题,例如:理论知识与实际操作相互脱离,学生们的自主创新能力普遍低下,旅游人才需求与供应相互错位。若想在素质教育理念下培养大量的对社会有用的旅游人才,则必须结合学生的特点改革和创新相应的教学模式,将体验式教学模式引入到正常的教学中。
With the vigorous development of tourism in our country, education related to tourism has also developed along with it. As the demand for the quality of tourism professionals is gradually moving towards diversification and specialization, education on tourism should be strengthened. In today’s tourism management professional teaching, there have been a series of problems, for example: the theoretical knowledge and actual operation from each other, students generally low ability of independent innovation, tourist talent needs and supply misplaced each other. If you want to cultivate a large number of socially useful tourist talents under the concept of quality education, we must combine the characteristics of students to reform and innovate the corresponding teaching mode, and introduce the experiential teaching mode into the normal teaching.
