拉杆尺寸较小(φ8×100毫米),批量较大,每年生产十余万件。过去用材料35钢,在锻造车间小炉上加热,分两次热镦头部成型,然后在热处理车间重新加热退火,以消除热镦成型空冷后所形成的魏氏组织,降低硬度,防止最后在拉杆与壳体铆接时开裂。仅热处理退火一道工序,每年耗电约四千度,该零件性能上又无其他特殊要求,因此我们对该拉杆的原工艺进行了改进。
Drawbar size smaller (φ8 × 100 mm), large quantities, the annual production of more than ten million pieces. In the past, steel 35 was used for heating in the forging shop, and the head was formed in two heat upsettings. Then the steel was reheated and annealed in the heat treatment plant to eliminate the Widmanstatu formed by the heat upsetting and air cooling to reduce the hardness and prevent the last Cracks in the rod and shell riveting.
