本文介绍了一种在微型机上实现无数控语言的自动编程系统——NCP软件,及其组成和功能等。并以实例说明NCP软件采用的数据输入法,及经过微型机处理获得数控线切割机与数控铣床加工零件的程序单和快速穿孔纸带。
This article describes an automatic programming system for NC language-free implementation in microcomputers - NCP software, its composition and functions. An example is given to illustrate the data inputting method adopted by NCP software and the program chart and quick perforated paper tape obtained after machining by microcomputer to obtain the parts machined by CNC wire cutting machine and CNC milling machine.
