In this paper, pulmonary artery pressure was measured in 113 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) by using micro-floating right heart catheterization and was compared with chest radiography (113 cases), blood gas analysis (87 cases), pulmonary function (64 cases) and electrocardiogram EKG113 cases) comparative analysis, trying to explore the above non-invasive detection and pulmonary artery mean pressure (P (?) P) and predict the possibility of P (?) P. The clinical features of this group of 113 patients (1) chronic bronchitis history of 3 to 40 years; (2) signs of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema and X-ray changes; (3) other cardiovascular disease can be excluded. its
