卫生工作为部队中心任务服务,当前来说,就是要在党委统一领导下,以四好为纲,为连队和基层创造四好服务。衡量我们卫生部门工作的成绩大小,在当前就要看为连队创造四好服务得是不是尽心尽力,是不是到家。从去年组织四好初评和年终总评的工作中看,多数同志抱热情促进的态度,能够通过评比,探讨卫生工作中的经验教训,借以改进今后工作,这是很好的。但是,也有少数同志把四好的卫生评比条件当作“金箍匝”束缚连队和基层单位,从而引起了些消极情绪。其
