检疫洋麻种子是否带炭疽病(collectotrichum hi-bisci Pollacci)菌,目前所用的镜检法及培养基检查法,因为受到设备及时间的限制,很难广泛采用。因此需要有一种简而易行的检疫方法,俾使每个直接生产的农民,能够自己去检查种子是否带病,以便事前采取妥善消毒措施,这样在保证洋麻的主产上有着很大的意义。为此进行了洋麻炭疽病带病种子简易检疫方法的研究。兹将初步结果,介绍于后,以供各地参考。
Quarantine kenaf seeds with anthracnose (collectotrichum hi-bisci Pollacci) bacteria, the current microscopic examination and culture medium test, because of the equipment and time constraints, it is difficult to widely used. Therefore, there is a need for a simple and easy quarantine method, so that each directly-producing peasant can check whether the seed is sick for proper precautionary measures in advance, so that there is a great significance. For this reason, the research on simple quarantine methods of diseased seeds of kenaf anthracnose was carried out. The preliminary results will be introduced later for reference.
