为了探讨松干蚧性引诱剂粗提物的诱虫效果,我们在昆嵛山林场一林区,于1975年5月和9月松干蚧成虫发生盛期,采集未交尾的雌成虫16,000多头,进行了多次诱虫试验,取得了明显的效果。溶剂为二氯甲烷、乙醚、丙酮、酒精四种。诱捕器用18×12厘米的硬纸片折成屋脊状,外涂粘虫胶(四份松香、三份蓖麻油和三份大黄油熬成),中间用细铁丝系以8×7厘米的滤纸芯。将未交尾雌成虫用溶剂分别浸泡二十小时,研磨过滤,置于井下(温度较室温低)保存。试验时分别不同溶剂按一定的剂量,用吸管将不同性引诱剂粗提物滴在滤纸芯上,然后把诱捕器挂于林中,高度1—
