本文报道对90例使用~(137)7Csγ射线探矿从业人员和61例医用诊断X线工作者血清LDH及其同工酶的观察结果。结果表明,(1)γ射线的各累积剂量组与对照组比较,LDH总活性明显升高(P<0.01)。LDH同工酶变化不明显。(2)X射线组与对照组比较LDH总活性明显升高(P<0.01),LDH_1降低(P<0.01),LDH_3升高(P<0.01),(10—50mGy,>50mGy两个剂量组与对照组比较LDH_1降低(P<0.01),LDH_3升高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。LDH同工酶的变化与受照射累积剂量有关。
This article reports the results of 90 cases of 137Cs 7-ray gamma ray prospecting practitioners and 61 cases of medical diagnostic X-ray workers serum LDH and its isoenzymes. The results showed that: (1) Compared with the control group, the cumulative activity of LDH in each cumulative dose group of γ-rays was significantly increased (P <0.01). LDH isozymes did not change significantly. (2) Compared with the control group, the total activity of LDH in X-ray group was significantly increased (P <0.01), LDH_1 decreased (P <0.01), LDH_3 increased (P <0.01), (10-50mGy,> 50mGy) Compared with the control group, LDH_1 decreased (P <0.01), LDH_3 increased (P <0.01, P <0.05), and the change of LDH isoenzymes was related to the cumulative dose of irradiation.
