MQ1350A型外圆磨床的砂轮主轴是由两个滑动轴承支承,每个轴承由三块扇形轴瓦组成,并由球头支紧螺钉压紧。图1为皮带轮端的滑动轴承;图2为砂轮端的滑动轴承。在工作过程中发现,因轴瓦调整不当而影响磨削质量时,就须重新调整。调整的要求是:使主轴在高速旋转时保持几个微米的径向跳动,同时与砂轮架壳体的轴承孔保持同心。图1中的三块轴瓦因均可用螺钉调整,所以容易调整到同心。图2中的轴瓦C由固定支承钉支牢,不能用螺钉调整。工厂中常用的方法是:用厚薄规或百分
The grinding wheel spindle of the MQ1350A cylindrical grinding machine is supported by two plain bearings. Each bearing consists of three sector bushings and is pressed by the ball head support screws. Figure 1 for the pulley end of the sliding bearing; Figure 2 for the grinding wheel end of the sliding bearing. Found in the course of work, due to improper adjustment of the bearing pads affect the quality of grinding, we must re-adjust. The adjustment requirement is to keep the spindle running at a few microns of radial runout at high speeds while remaining concentric with the bearing bore of the wheel carrier housing. The three bushings shown in Figure 1 can be easily adjusted to concentric because they can be adjusted with screws.
