“太平洋时代”之说提出的主要根据是亚太国家和地区近些年来经济的兴旺发展。促成经济兴旺发展有许多因素,共中,地区内相互投资活动是一个重要因素。本文试就亚太发达国家和第三世界国家对外直接投资的状况及其特点等问题作一些分析。
The “Pacific Times” theory is mainly based on the rapid economic development in the Asia-Pacific countries and regions in recent years. There are many factors that have contributed to the economic development. Mutual investment activities in the regions and regions are an important factor.
