根据超高参数排水泵系统可以有效解决突发性强、频率高的矿山突水灾害排水问题,建立了救灾超高参数排水泵系统水力过渡过程的数学模型;采用泵站水锤计算的特征线法,建立了多泵机组事故停泵泵端的边界条件,提出了计算方法;并采用FORTRAN语言编制水力过渡过程数值分析计算程序。最后结合实例,验证了数学模型和编制的程序,为实际系统的设计和运行提供理论支持,以保证系统稳定安全运行,提高矿山救灾排水的可靠性。
According to the ultra-high parameter drainage pump system, it can effectively solve the sudden and high frequency mine water inrush disaster drainage problems, set up the mathematical model of the hydraulic transition process of disaster relief ultra-high parameter drainage pump system; Method was established to establish the boundary condition of the pump-end of the pump-pump accident, and the calculation method was put forward. The numerical analysis and calculation program of hydraulic transient process was compiled by FORTRAN language.
