班级文化是“班级群体文化”的简称。作为社会群体的班级所有或部分成员共有的信念、价值观、态度的复合体,班级文化可分为“硬文化”和“软文化”。“硬文化”是指环境文化,“软文化”是指制度文化、观念文化和行为文化。在中职学校,把7S企业管理融入班级文化中对培养学生的职业素养大有裨益。
