职业教育不是根据学生文化成绩为唯一标准来定位学生的教育,职业学校的学生普遍存在着文化基础底子较薄弱、自信心缺乏、学习习惯的养成不是太好等情况。因此,加强职业学校班集体的建设,全面发展学生的身心健康,班主任的工作变得尤为重要。
Vocational education is not based on students’ cultural achievements as the only standard to locate the education of students. There are many cases in vocational schools where the foundation of culture is weak, lack of self-confidence and the development of study habits are not very good. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the collective construction of vocational schools, develop students’ physical and mental health in an all-round way and the class teacher’s work.
