本文在层次分析法的基础上,从硬件建设、制度设计、核心价值观培养三个方面,对企业文化建设进行分析,并对制度的设计及核心价值观的培养提出了相关要求。
Based on AHP, this paper analyzes the construction of enterprise culture from the aspects of hardware construction, system design and core values cultivation, and puts forward the relevant requirements for system design and core values cultivation.
