In August 2015, for Ren Hongbao, chief operating officer of Beijing Tubular Track Maintenance Technology Co., Ltd., it was a month of full harvest. As a representative of excellent overseas students who started business in Beijing, Ren Hongbao was invited by the Beijing Overseas Scholar Center (hereinafter referred to as “Student Center”) to visit Tianjin and Hebei to find a cross-regional cooperation partner for the company. During the three-day event, Ren Hongbao moved to Tianjin Binhai New Area, Tianjin Dongli District, Baoding, Hebei, and Huangbei, Hebei, where he met dozens of government officials from Tianjin and Hebei.
