为探讨脑胶质瘤ICE基因蛋白表达与肿瘤细胞凋亡及其与肿瘤恶性程度关系。用免疫组化和原位加尾技术(TUNEL) 研究40 例脑胶质瘤,包括ⅠⅡ级18 例,ⅢⅣ级22 例。结果:低级组ICE 表达阳性率83-3 % ,阳性细胞数95 ±18,凋亡细胞数42 ±12 。高级组ICE 表达率40-9 % ,阳性细胞数37 ±10 ,凋亡细胞数21 ±9。两组间阳性表达率。免疫阳性细胞数,凋亡细胞数均有显著差异( P< 0 .05) ,ICE 表达与细胞凋亡呈正相关(r= 0.531) 。结果说明:ICE诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,阻止肿瘤的侵袭生长。
To investigate the expression of ICE gene in glioma and its relationship with the degree of tumor malignancy. Forty gliomas were studied by immunohistochemistry and in situ TUNEL, including 18 cases of grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ and 22 cases of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ. Results: The expression of ICE in the low grade group was 83.3%, the number of positive cells was 95 ± 18 and the number of apoptotic cells was 42 ± 12. High-grade group ICE expression rate of 40-9%, the number of positive cells 37 ± 10, the number of apoptotic cells 21 ± 9. Positive rate of expression between the two groups. The number of immunopositive cells and apoptotic cells were significantly different (P <0.05). The expression of ICE was positively correlated with apoptosis (r = 0.531). The results showed that ICE induced tumor cell apoptosis and prevented tumor invasion and growth.
