碧桃(Prunus persica cv. Duplex)为蔷薇科李属植物中一类专供观赏栽培的品种群。国内南北各地多有栽培,在城市绿化与风景园林中扮演着重要的角色。碧桃的繁殖通常采用“T”字形芽接法,其砧木北方一般选用山桃(东北称为北京桃)实生苗(南方则多用毛桃实生苗)。用山桃作砧具有明显的优点:
