天鸿集团前身是一家单纯的房地产开发公司“北京市房地产管理局住宅建设经营公司”,结构相当简单,注册资金仅2000万元。至2003年,天鸿集团已拥有包括“天鸿宝业”上市公司在内的各类全资、控股子公司及参股企业共计百余家,注册资金达到1.5亿。

By 2003, Tianhong Group already has a total of more than 100 wholly-owned subsidiaries, holding subsidiaries and joint-stock companies including Tianhong Baoguang listed companies with a registered capital of 150 million.
