学校管理是一门艺术。对于一所办学成绩尚可,老百姓口碑也不错,但被周围名校包围着的一所正在中等水平徘徊的五十中这样一所老学校,必须要用全新的理念引导人,要用昂扬的精神影响人,要用严格的制度要求人,要用务实的作风号召人,要用科学的方法管理人,要用健全的机制激励人,要用真诚的爱心凝聚人。要把一所学校办好,校长必须创新管理思路,使管理理论能因时因地灵活运用,实现科学性、伦理性与艺术性的统一,从而实现跨越式发展,“办市民家门口的好学校”。
