据70年代资料分析,我国男女性胃癌死亡率为各类癌症之首,是严重危害人民健康的疾病。胃癌发病率在世界范围呈现很大差别,但在50年代以后,胃癌在大多数国家呈普遍持续性下降,引起各国有关学者的重视。目前,普遍认为饮食因素改变是致胃癌发病率下降的重要原因。本文综述了世界胃癌的动态变化和饮食习惯的逐年改变,分析了二者之间的内在联系,并对可能致胃癌发病率下降的部分原因做一介绍。
According to the data analysis of the 1970s, the mortality rate of gastric cancer in men and women in China ranks first among all kinds of cancers and is a serious disease that endangers people’s health. The incidence of gastric cancer shows great differences in the world. However, after the 1950s, gastric cancer showed a continuous and declining trend in most countries, arousing the attention of relevant scholars in various countries. At present, it is generally considered that the change of dietary factors is the important reason for the decrease of the incidence of gastric cancer. This review summarizes the changes of gastric cancer in the world and the change of eating habits year by year, analyzes the inherent relationship between the two, and introduces some of the reasons that may lead to the decrease of the incidence of gastric cancer.
