目的 :探讨葛根素治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法 :将 4 4例脑出血患者随机分常规治疗组 (对照组 ,n =2 2 )及合用葛根素治疗组 (葛根素组 ,n =2 1,1例脱落 )。分别于治疗前及治疗后 3wk ,按欧洲脑卒中评分量表 (EuropeanStrokeScale ,ESS)评价神经功能 ,用Barthel指数 (BI)评价日常生活活动能力 ,按Pullicino公式计算血肿量。同时观察不良反应。结果 :葛根素组ESS积分治疗前 (5 1 13± 2 2 0 3) ,治疗后 (70 80± 2 4 30 ) ,有显著提高 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗后BI由治疗前的 (33 0 0± 13 6 0 )升高至(5 6 33± 19 86 ) ,P <0 0 1;血肿量治疗前为 (12 16± 14 96 )mL ,治疗后为 (1 6 7± 2 6 2 )mL ,P <0 0 1。对照组治疗前、后ESS积分分别为 (49 86± 18 83)和 (6 3 82± 2 2 0 7) ,P <0 0 5 ;BI分别为 (30 2 0± 13 4 9)和 (45 0 5± 14 5 6 ) ,P <0 0 1;血肿量分别为(16 30± 14 5 5 )mL和 (5 91± 6 95 )mL ,P <0 0 1。同期 2组比较 ,治疗后葛根素组BI显著高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,血肿量显著减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其余均无统计学差异。结论 :合用葛根素治疗脑出血有利于患者血肿吸收及神经功能的改善
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of puerarin on cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: Forty four patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into routine treatment group (control group, n = 2 2) and puerarin group (puerarin group, n = 2, 1 and 1). The neurological function was assessed by European Stroke Scales (ESS) before and 3 weeks after treatment. The Barthel index (BI) was used to evaluate the activities of daily living. The amount of hematoma was calculated according to the Pullicino formula. Adverse reactions were observed at the same time. Results: The ESR score of Puerarin group was significantly higher than that before treatment (51 13 ± 22 0 3) and after treatment (70 80 ± 2 4 30) (P 0 01) 33 0 0 ± 13 6 0) increased to (563 ± 19 86) P <0 01; the amount of hematoma was (12 16 ± 14 96) mL before treatment, and (16 7 ± 2 6 2) mL, P <0 0 1. The ESS scores of the control group before and after treatment were (49 86 ± 18 83) and (63 82 ± 2 2 0 7), respectively, P <0 05; the BI values were (30 20 ± 13 49) and 0 5 ± 14 5 6), P 0 01, respectively. The hematoma volume was (16 30 ± 14 5 5) mL and (5 91 ± 6 95) mL, respectively, P 0 01. Compared with the two groups, the BI of puerarin group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), and the hematoma volume was significantly decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Combination of puerarin treatment of cerebral hemorrhage is conducive to the improvement of hematoma absorption and neurological function
