为观察面神经后核内侧区对呼吸及呼吸时相的影响 ,并了解其作用机制 ,分别暴露家兔延髓腹面侧和背面侧 ,切断双侧迷走神经 ,记录一侧膈神经放电作为呼吸指标 ,观察机械损毁面神经后核内侧区(mNRF)对呼吸的影响 .结果 :(1)动物在自主呼吸时 (n =8) ,轻触压延髓腹侧表面舌下神经根部 ,家兔呼吸立即停止 ;(2 )自主呼吸下 ,从延髓腹面侧机械损毁双侧mNRF ,家兔 (n =6 )自主呼吸和膈神经放电在 2min内同时停止 ,并不可恢复 ;(3)从延髓背面侧机械损毁双侧mNRF ,家兔 (n =2 2 )自主呼吸仍存在 ,但呼吸频率显著变慢 ,TI 和TE 延长 ,但以TE 的延长极为显著 .对上述各损毁点做组织学检查 ,其均在mNRF内 .结果提示 :mNRF与呼吸节律的发生有密切关系 ,它可能是呼吸节律发生器的重要组成部份
To observe the effect of medial region of facial nucleus retrofacialis on respiratory and respiratory phases and to understand its mechanism of action, bilateral ventral nerves and ventral nerves of bilateral rabbits were exposed, and phrenic nerve discharge was recorded as respiratory index. Mechanical (1) When the animals breathe spontaneously (n = 8), they gently touch the root of the hypoglossal nerve in the medial ventral surface of the medulla oblongata to stop the respiration of the rabbits immediately; (2) ) Spontaneously breathing, spontaneous respiration of both rabbits (n = 6) and phrenic nerve discharge stopped simultaneously within 2 minutes and was not recoverable; (3) bilateral mNRF was mechanically destroyed from the medial side of medulla oblongata , Spontaneous respiration still existed in rabbits (n = 22), but the respiration rate was significantly slowed down, TI and TE prolonged, but the extension of TE was extremely significant.All the above lesions were made in mNRF. The results suggest that: mNRF and respiratory rhythm are closely related, it may be an important part of the respiratory rhythm generator
