一、贫困地区农村小学新课改存在的问题1.教学设施陈旧落后,“巧妇难为无米之炊”上个世纪90年代的“两基”攻坚。贫困地区不少义务教育学校已是负债累累,农村学校特别是村级小学早已根本无力于教育教学设施的更新和改善,“普九”时添置的教学设施时至今日已逐步被淘汰,甚至毫无用处。教学设施的陈旧落后,导致新课程呼唤的新理念、新思想,特别是新的方式方法教师难以实施。主要表现为:一是教学设施简陋。除几本发黄的旧书等旧物件外,活动课没有场所,艺术课没有设备,实验课没有器材,教室、桌凳几乎就是学校的全部:二是教具不够甚至根本没有。要实施好新教法,充足的教具是必须的,但现在教具的配备几乎是只到中心小学一级, 村小就没法奢望“这杯羹”了。加之农村学校的教材统一采用黑白版,让年幼的孩子在老师抽象的教学中去感悟确实难上加难。在我们调查中,教师们提得最多的就是要求上级配齐教具。
