根据《煤矿安全规程》第281条规定,每年雨季前,必须对井下泵房的水仓进行全面清理,以确保矿井的安全排水。鹤壁中泰矿业有限公司原先是采用人工清挖或用射流泵高压水配合煤水泵来清理水仓。人工清挖或射流泵清理均存在着不同的弊端。
According to “Coal Mine Safety Regulations” Article 281 provides that each year before the rainy season, the underground water pump room must be fully cleaned to ensure the safety of mine drainage. Hebi Zhongtai Mining Co., Ltd. originally used artificial digging or jet pump with high pressure water pump to clean water tank. Manual cleaning or jet cleaning are different drawbacks exist.
