目的观察参芪片在晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤化疗中的减毒作用。方法将30例晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者进行自我配对,治疗组为参芪片治疗配合化疗,对照组行单纯化疗,就化疗毒副作用、患者进食、体质量、KPS评分等进行比较。结果治疗组在减轻骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应,增加进食量、体质量,改善KPS评分方面较对照组有明显效果,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论参芪片可配合用于晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者化疗以减轻化疗毒副作用,改善症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To observe the attenuated effect of Shenqi Tablets in the chemotherapy of advanced gastrointestinal malignancies. Methods Thirty patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer were self-matched. The treatment group was treated with Shenqi Tablet combined with chemotherapy. The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone. The side effects of chemotherapy, patient’s food intake, body weight and KPS score were compared. Results The treatment group had significant effects on reducing bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reaction, increasing food intake, body weight and improving KPS score compared with the control group (all P <0.05). Conclusion Shenqi tablets can be used in patients with advanced gastrointestinal cancer chemotherapy to reduce chemotherapy side effects, improve symptoms and improve patient quality of life.
