中晚期不能手术的肺癌在治疗上,目前是一个难题,选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗药物治疗肺癌是世界上最为有效的手段。但化疗药物的毒性反应问题仍得不到解决,致使部分患者中断治疗。我们应用支气管动脉灌注化疗.配合保尔佳,治疗中晚期肺癌取得了较满意的效果,现报告如下。1 资料。30例肺癌患者均为我院住院患者,其中男性19人,女性11人;年龄26—72岁,平均52.4岁。
