已有研究表明,EB病毒与霍奇金氏病(HD)等人类某些恶性肿瘤有关。流行病学研究也显示,世界不同地区HD发病情况有所不同。作者研究了27例来自墨西哥的HD患者,试图明确在这个发展中国家HD患者中EB病毒的流行情况。 方法 患者年龄在5～65岁之间,平均29岁。分成人和儿童两组。应用EBER_1探针原位杂交技术检测EB病毒,用石蜡切片进行免疫组化研究。并确定其与组织学亚型、临床病理学特征及免疫学表型之间的相互关系。
Studies have shown that Epstein-Barr virus is associated with certain human malignancies such as Hodgkin’s disease (HD). Epidemiological studies also show that the incidence of HD in different parts of the world is different. The authors studied 27 HD patients from Mexico and tried to determine the prevalence of EBV in HD patients in this developing country. Methods The patients were between 5 and 65 years old, with an average age of 29 years. There are two groups of adults and children. EBER_1 probe in situ hybridization was used to detect Epstein-Barr virus and paraffin sections were used for immunohistochemistry. And to determine its relationship with histological subtypes, clinical pathological features and immunological phenotypes.
