探讨数字图书馆建设和发展进程中在科学定义、信息组织、服务创新、成本核算、法律保障等方面存在的问题。阐明数字图书馆的建设必须明确发展的目标与方向,加快形成数字图书馆建设的合力;制定科学的评估体系,注重数字信息资源的整合,关注技术发展趋势,不断开展服务创新。同时,要积极转变观念,加强成本核算,努力提高数字图书馆的使用效益。
To explore the problems in the process of construction and development of digital library in terms of scientific definition, information organization, service innovation, cost accounting, legal guarantee and so on. To clarify the construction of digital library must clear the development goals and directions to speed up the formation of the digital library construction force; to develop a scientific evaluation system, pay attention to the integration of digital information resources, pay attention to technology trends, and constantly carry out service innovation. At the same time, it is necessary to actively change concepts, strengthen cost accounting and strive to improve the efficiency of using digital libraries.
