目前,加强德育工作和全面提高学生综合素质已成为全体教育工作者的共识。面对职业学校学生在智育和德育方面的现状,如何打开德育工作新局面,全面提高学生素质,成为摆在我们每个职教工作者面前的首要问题。通过满足学生的情感需求和通过开展业余电台、无线电测向等课外趣味活动去培养学生坚韧不拔、勇往直前、崇尚科学、团结友爱的精神,从而加强德育工作的实效性,全面提高学生素质。
At present, it has become the consensus of all educators to strengthen moral education and comprehensively improve the overall quality of students. Faced with the current situation of vocational school students in terms of intellectual and moral education, how to open up a new situation in moral education and comprehensively improve the quality of students has become the primary issue before each of our vocational education workers. By satisfying students’ emotional needs and developing extracurricular fun activities such as amateur radio and radio direction finding, students are encouraged to be gritty, move forward, advocate science, and unite their beloved spirits so as to enhance the effectiveness of moral education and improve their overall quality.
