1 病例报告 患者魏某,女性50岁,农民。住院号11455。主因心前区持续性疼痛伴阵发性加剧3天于1990年1月4日第一次住院。查体:体温38.5℃,脉搏100次/分,呼吸24次/分,血压14/7.5kPa。神志清,急性痛苦病容。口唇无紫绀。双肺未闻及干湿性罗音。心脏浊音界正常,心率100次/分,心音低钝,心律规正,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及杂音。腹平坦、软、肝脾未触及。心肺X线未见异常。心电图V_1～V_5导联可见宽大

Mainly due to precordial persistent pain with paroxysmal exacerbations 3 days in January 4, 1990 the first hospitalization.
