一、设计指导思想 煤炭是实观四个现代化中主要能源,如何实现煤炭采掘机械化,关系到四个现代化的速度。从七十年代以来统配煤矿为提高产量大力推广机械化工作面,从普通机采到综合煤采,从引进到自制已初步创出一条机械化路子。 江苏是我国主要工业基地之一,需要煤炭量较多,地方煤矿产量约占总产量1/3左右,比重相当大。但这些地方煤矿生产现状还是二镐一炮,效率低,材料消耗高,劳动强度大。为提高产量,减轻笨重体力劳动,地方煤矿只有走机械化道路。但走引进洋机路子,肯定不适合,就是国产“五○机组”
I. The guiding ideology of design Coal is the main source of energy in the four modernizations in reality. How to realize the mechanization of coal mining is related to the speed of the four modernizations. Since the seventies, the coal mine has been vigorously promoting mechanized workmanship to increase the output of coal mines. From general machinery to integrated coal mining, a mechanized path has been initially established from introduction to self-control. Jiangsu is one of China’s major industrial bases and needs a large amount of coal. The output of local coal mines accounts for about one-third of the total output, with a large proportion. However, the status of coal mines in these areas is still a second pick, which is inefficient, consumes a lot of materials and is labor-intensive. In order to increase output and reduce heavy manual labor, local coal mines only take the road of mechanization. However, the introduction of foreign road machine, certainly not suitable, is made “five ○ unit”
