精氨酸-甘氨酸-天门冬氨酸三肽(RGD)是整合素受体与细胞外基质配体或基膜成份配体相结合的识别位点,在急性缺血性肾衰时可抑制肾小管上皮细胞之间的粘附,从而预防肾小管阻塞,改善急性肾衰预后,具有潜在的临床应用价值。本文综述了急性肾衰时整合素受体分布异常及其病理生理学意义,RGD肽结合位点的组织分布,RGD肽对急性肾衰的潜在治疗作用。
Arginine-glycine-aspartate tripeptide (RGD) is a recognition site for the binding of integrin receptors to extracellular matrix ligands or basement membrane ligands and inhibits the kidney in acute ischemic renal failure Tubule adhesion between epithelial cells, thereby preventing tubular obstruction, improve the prognosis of acute renal failure, has potential clinical value. This review summarizes the abnormal distribution of integrin receptors and their pathophysiological significance in acute renal failure, the tissue distribution of RGD peptide binding sites and the potential therapeutic effect of RGD peptides on acute renal failure.
