覆盖减耕是把种子播种在前作残茬的行间,以秸秆铺覆在地表,施用少量化肥农药,防除病虫杂草,使农作物持续自然增产的一项农业生产新措施。据中国农科院土肥所在山东省滕县连续6年覆盖减耕的试验,该项措施的主要作用:
