人工智能在一些领域中的成功应用,引起了控制界的注意,能否利用知识概念和自学习功能解决控制领域的问题,即所谓智能控制,正成为一个有光辉前景的研究领域。本文以冶金加热炉为实际工业背景,针对其复杂大系统的特点,研究开发了一个基于混合知识的实时专家控制系统DMES并进行了实施,取得了良好的控制效果。
The successful application of artificial intelligence in some fields has drawn the attention of the control community. Whether it can solve the problem in control field by using the concept of knowledge and self-learning function, so-called intelligent control, is becoming a promising field of research. In this paper, metallurgical furnace as the actual industrial background, aiming at the characteristics of its complex large-scale system, a real-time expert control system DMES based on hybrid knowledge is developed and implemented, and a good control effect has been achieved.
