司法服务民生是人民法院义不容辞的责任,各级人民法院和全体法官都必须把关注民生、重视民生、保障民生、改善民生作为自己应有的政治责任和任务,推动社会主义民生大发展。本文重点对人民法院进行民生司法保障的主要途径进行初步研究与探讨,以引起有关方面关注,并供法官同仁们在司法实践中进行参考。
People’s courts at all levels and judges must take an unshirkable responsibility in providing justice to the people’s livelihood. People’s courts at all levels and all judges must take their livelihood concerns, livelihood-oriented, people’s livelihood protection and livelihood as their own political responsibilities and tasks, and promote the great development of people’s livelihood in socialism. This article focuses on the People’s Court for people’s livelihood, judicial protection of the main ways to conduct a preliminary study and discussion to arouse the attention of the parties concerned, and for judicial colleagues in the judicial practice for reference.
