目前,世界各国关于社会医学的概念,名称尚未统一,研究内容重点也各有不同。我们认为,这主要是由于各国政治、经济、文化教育、医疗保健制度和居民健康状况等方面不同所决定的。相反,也说明了不同的国家由于社会制度、经济状况,医疗保健制度和居民健康状况等不同,社会医学概念、名称、研究内容重点也是不同的,强求一致是不应该的。尽管这样,但各国社会医学研究基本内容是一致的,即均从事人群健康状况的研究。
At present, the concepts of social medicine in countries around the world are not yet unified, and the research content has different focuses. We believe that this is mainly due to differences in political, economic, cultural education, health care system, and residents’ health status among countries. On the contrary, it also shows that different countries have different social medical concepts, names, and research contents due to differences in social systems, economic conditions, health care systems, and residents’ health status. It is not appropriate to force consensus. Despite this, the basic content of social medical research in all countries is the same, that is, they are all engaged in research on the health status of the population.
