本文利用2009年2月和8月对返乡农民工的两次调查数据,通过对比探讨了两批返乡农民工群体在返乡原因、再次外出意愿、人力资源禀赋上的差异。利用C-D模型进一步分析后,了解到前者在返乡原因上更倾向于外部因素,且更可能再次外出。通过发现两者在外出原因、人力资源禀赋上并没有明显差异,得出其返乡原因产生于外出务工过程中发生的历史性事件的结论,结合当时社会环境可以推知金融危机对不同时期农民工的返乡原因造成影响。
Based on the two survey data of returning migrant workers in February and August 2009, this paper discusses the differences between the two groups of returned migrant workers in returning home, willingness to go out again, and human resources endowment. After further analysis using the C-D model, I learned that the former is more inclined to external factors in returning home and is more likely to go out again. By finding out that both of them have reason to go out, there is no obvious difference in human resource endowment, and the conclusion is drawn that the reason of returning home comes from the historical events that occurred in the process of going out to work. Combined with the social environment at that time, The reasons for the return of the impact.
