艺术院校的重中之重为艺术专业教育,外语教育则是艺术教育走向国际化的阶梯与桥梁。艺术院校外语教师在艺术教育领域具有举足轻重的作用。教师是教育之本,教师自身的自我认同和专业发展是其获得社会认同的基础。文章指出,外语教师要针对艺术院校学生的专业特点,提高自我认知度,加强专业建设以及自身修为,创造具有艺术院校自身特点的外语教学环境。
The most important part of art colleges is art education, while foreign language education is the ladder and bridge of art education towards internationalization. Foreign language teachers in arts schools play an important role in the field of art education. Teachers are the basis of education. Teachers’ self-identity and professional development are the foundation of their social recognition. The article points out that foreign language teachers should aim at the professional characteristics of art college students, enhance their self-awareness, strengthen their professional construction and cultivate themselves to create a foreign language teaching environment with the characteristics of art colleges.
