[目的]了解农村防保机构人力资源现状。[方法]采用问卷调查、深入访谈以及小组访谈,调查江西、贵州、广西及浙江省乡镇防保机构的人员素质结构。[结果]防保人员专业以临床为主,学历、职称普遍较低,参加在职学历教育机会少。[结论]应加大政府投入,稳定防保队伍,增加公共卫生中等教育,实行防保人员准入制度,并建立健全防保人员继续教育制度,提高防保人员素质。
[Objective] To understand the current situation of human resources in rural prevention agencies. [Methods] Using questionnaires, in-depth interviews and group interviews to investigate the quality structure of township security agencies in Jiangxi, Guizhou, Guangxi and Zhejiang provinces. [Results] The major of prevention and care workers was clinics, with low education background and professional titles, and few chances to attend on-the-job education. [Conclusion] It is necessary to increase the government investment, stabilize the anti-protection team, increase public health secondary education, implement the system of admittance of protection workers, establish and perfect the continuing education system of prevention and protection personnel, and improve the quality of prevention and protection personnel.
