我们于1982年在安溪县首次用A群流脑多糖体菌苗进行接种反应和免疫效果观察。其免疫后12个月血清学效果和免疫后第一、二年的流行病学效果证实该苗安全有效。为探索其免疫持久性,以便安排科学的免疫程序,我们对该苗免疫后第三年的效果继续进行观察,现报告于下。
We in 1982 in Anxi County for the first time with Group A streptococcus cerevisiae vaccine for immunization and immune response observed.
