随着高磁场强度磁共振成像设备的发展和技术进步,磁共振波谱分析逐步用于临床疾病的诊断和研究。人脑活体磁共振波谱分析是近年来发展的一种非侵入测定脑代谢关键化合物的技术。作为一种无损伤性生化检测手段,在帕金森病的基础和临床研究中具有特殊的价值。本文就磁共振波谱分析的基本原理及在帕金森病和帕金森综合征中的研究进展作一综述。
With the development of high magnetic field intensity magnetic resonance imaging equipment and technological advances, magnetic resonance spectroscopy is gradually used in the diagnosis and research of clinical diseases. Human brain magnetic resonance spectroscopy is a noninvasive technology developed in recent years to determine key metabolites of brain metabolism. As a nondestructive biochemical test, it has special value in the basic and clinical research of Parkinson’s disease. This review summarizes the basic principles of magnetic resonance spectroscopy and its progress in Parkinson’s disease and Parkinson’s disease.
