目的:探讨增强计算机断层扫描(CT)协同磁共振(MRI)扫描在周围型肺肿块诊断中的价值。方法:选取灵宝市中医院2016年2月至2017年2月的48例患者进行单独增强CT扫描、单独MRI扫描,以及CT协同磁共振扫描,比较三者间的敏感度和特异性。结果:增强CT联合MRI诊断的敏感度高达95.83%,特异性可达75%,与单一的增强CT检测或MRI检测相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:增强CT联合MRI在周围型非肿块的鉴别中能够互相协助,互补不足,从而达到准确诊断的目的。
Objective: To explore the value of enhanced computed tomography (CT) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary masses. Methods: Forty-eight patients from February 2016 to February 2017 in Lingbao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in this study. The contrast-enhanced sensitivity and specificity were compared between CT scan, MRI scan alone and CT scan. Results: The sensitivity and specificity of enhanced CT combined with MRI were 95.83% and 75% respectively, which were significantly different from those of single enhanced CT or MRI (P <0.05). Conclusion: CT-enhanced MRI can assist each other in the differential diagnosis of peripheral non-mass, so as to achieve the purpose of accurate diagnosis.
