目的评价醒脾养儿冲剂在小儿缺铁性贫血中的治疗效果。方法研究选择我院收治的小儿缺铁性贫血300例,患儿均于2014年1月-2016年12月入院治疗,随机性分组,对照组予以西医治疗,共150例;实验组同时予以中医醒脾养儿冲剂治疗,共150例。观察两组患儿的治疗情况,并予以比较。结果在总有效率方面,实验组为96%(144/150),对照组为73.3%(110/150),实验组总有效率比对照组高,组间数据差异性明显且统计学意义成立,(P<0.05);在营养、体重方面,两组患儿治疗后Hb、SI、SF以及体重均显著上升,且实验组升幅高于对照组,组间数据差异性明显且统计学意义成立,(P<0.05)。结论对小儿缺铁性贫血患儿采用醒脾养儿冲剂治疗,能够有效改善患儿营养情况,改善患儿症状,值得推荐。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Xingpi Yangrong granule in children with iron deficiency anemia. Methods 300 children with iron deficiency anemia admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study. All children were admitted to hospital from January 2014 to December 2016. The patients were randomly divided into groups and the control group was treated with Western medicine, 150 cases in total. The experimental group was given TCM Xingpi Yangrong granules treatment, a total of 150 cases. The treatment of the two groups was observed and compared. Results The total effective rate was 96% (144/150) in the experimental group and 73.3% (110/150) in the control group. The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. There was significant difference between the groups and the statistical significance was established (P <0.05). In terms of nutrition and body weight, Hb, SI, SF and body weight of children in both groups increased significantly after treatment, and the increase in experimental group was higher than that in control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant , (P <0.05). Conclusion Children with iron deficiency anemia using Xingpi Yangrong Granule treatment, can effectively improve the nutritional status of children to improve the symptoms of children, it is recommended.
